The product: an ad slot inside Chance Infinite, unlike ads anywhere else
As of 2026, the reported minimum daily budgets on those platforms vary a lot by platform, country and campaign objective, and they get revised. TikTok's ads manager, for example, has commonly been reported to require roughly $50 per day at the campaign level and around $20 per day per ad group; Meta's reported floor is far lower, in the region of a dollar a day for some objectives; YouTube runs on Google Ads bidding with no single published minimum. Treat all of those as approximate and check each platform for its current figures; the point here is not the number, it is the shape.
B2See has no auction to lose, no bid to tune, no daily budget to babysit and no minimum spend. The price is $100. That is the entire commercial relationship.
| A B2See ad slot | A typical auction platform (structure, as of 2026) | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay | A flat $100, once, for one contest | A bid or daily budget; the real price is set by auction |
| Do you know the price up front | Yes, it is the price on this page | No, CPM/CPC settles after the fact |
| Daily minimum | None | Usually yes, and it varies by objective |
| Contract or commitment | None; nothing auto-renews | Self-serve is contract-free, but spend is continuous by design |
| Who runs it | You, from a free desktop app | You, or the agency you hired to manage the auction |
| Why the viewer watches | They opted in to earn a free contest entry | The ad interrupted what they came for |
Competitor figures above are described in structural terms on purpose. Where a number is given it is approximate, reported rather than quoted, current as of 2026, and subject to change by the platform.
Why people actually watch your ad
This is the part worth understanding before you spend anything, because it is the whole reason the model works.
Chance Infinite is a free sweepstakes app. Players earn entries (tickets) into a recurring real cash prize draw. One of the ways to earn a ticket is to watch an advertisement, and the ticket is only granted when the video is watched all the way to the end. Nobody is force-fed your ad: the player taps to start it, because finishing it is worth something to them.
Read the player side of that mechanic in plain language on the free sweepstakes app page.
What you get for the $100
- A slot in the ad rotation for one full contest. Contests run about 30 days, with a break of about a day between them. Reservations are charged one contest ahead, so you are booking the next contest that starts.
- Your video, as you made it. Drag in an MP4 or MOV up to 30 seconds. Longer files are rejected at upload. There is no creative-services upsell.
- Interest-matched delivery. Ads are matched to players using in-app interest signals rather than served blind, so the rotation is not purely random.
- The free desktop console. Reserve the slot, upload the creative, and read the numbers below, all in one Windows app, at no extra cost.
The analytics, specifically
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total views | Impressions of your ad, updating in real time |
| Unique views | Distinct players reached, not repeat plays |
| Completes | Server-verified full watches, and each one is a ticket granted to that player |
| Total clicks | Taps through on your slot |
| CTR | Clicks divided by impressions |
| Completion rate | Completed views divided by impressions |
| Conversion rate | Landing actions divided by clicks |
| Cost per click & total spend | Your spend, divided out, derived from a price you already knew |
| Hourly breakdown | When your audience actually watches, hour by hour |
| Audience breakdown | Interest categories of the players who watched, against the platform baseline (with a minimum-headcount privacy floor per category) |
| Standing | Where your slot ranks against the other live slots on CTR and completion rate |
Every panel in the console has an honest empty state. Before events flow, it says "No Data"; it does not draw you a plausible-looking curve. Internal test accounts are excluded from the counts.
Slots are limited, and right now none have opened
"Limited slots" usually means "we would like you to hurry." Here it means something specific and checkable: one purchasable ad slot opens for every 200 players, and the number is locked once a contest starts. Supply is tied to audience, not to a scarcity dial.
Which means the honest answer today is that the first slot has not opened yet. Chance Infinite is still below the first 200-player threshold, so there is nothing to sell you this contest, and the console will refuse a reservation rather than take your money for inventory that does not exist. We would rather write that down than let you find it at the checkout.
What that makes available instead is the first slot itself. Tell us what you would run and we will come back to you when the threshold is crossed, before the slot is listed publicly. The first advertiser in is the only paid ad in the rotation, in an app where the audience watches ads deliberately. Ask for the first slot, or install the free console and watch the count yourself.
The second product: UGC campaigns on the Impressions exchange
Commissioning creator content usually means finding people, negotiating a rate with each one, and paying up front for deliverables you hope will perform. A UGC campaign inverts all three: creators come to you, the terms are set once, and money moves only when a video actually earns views.
- Write one brief. Who you are, what you sell, and what you want a creator to get across. Every submission is later measured against it, in the footage and in the audio, so off-brief videos earn nothing.
- Set two numbers. The total budget, which is the absolute most the campaign can ever cost you, and the most any single video may earn, so one viral post cannot drain the campaign. The budget is held up front so creators know the money is real.
- Creators choose your campaign. They see your brand, brief, remaining budget and per-video ceiling on the exchange, and post their video to their own YouTube or TikTok channel, under their own name, where it keeps living after the campaign closes.
- Pay for views that were real. Fourteen days after posting, the view count is read from the platform alongside its own traffic-source breakdown: views from paid promotion are excluded, suspicious growth is frozen for human review before money moves, and the video's share of your budget settles. Whatever the campaign does not spend is refunded in full.
The full walkthrough, including exactly what a submission has to survive before it costs you anything, is on commissioning UGC creators.
Ask the audience directly: custom surveys
Ad slots are not the only thing in the app. You can also write a custom survey and put it in front of players: ten questions, four options each. Completions are bought in packs of 100 for $20 per pack (twenty cents a completion), separately from the $100 slot.
- Hidden logic-traps are mixed into every session to filter out bots and box-checkers.
- Invalid sessions are re-served free and never decrement your balance: you pay for real answers.
- Results come back in the same console: per-question breakdowns, completion ring, and timeline.
Getting started, end to end
- Download the free Windows app and create your advertiser account.
- Add a payment method. Card details are handled by Stripe; the slot is charged as a single $100 payment when you reserve.
- Upload your video (MP4 or MOV, up to 30 seconds) and set the link players land on when they tap through.
- Reserve the slot for the next contest, if one is available.
- Watch it run. The console updates while the contest is live. Nothing renews unless you reserve again.

Advertiser FAQ
What can I buy through B2See?
Advertising inside Chance Infinite, our free sweepstakes app: a video ad slot at a flat $100 per contest, plus packs of completed player surveys. Or a UGC campaign on the Impressions exchange, where you publish a brief and a budget, creators post videos about your business on their own YouTube or TikTok channels, and you pay only on the organic views those videos earn, with unspent budget refunded in full. One login and one balance either way.
What does $100 actually buy?
One video ad slot in the Chance Infinite app for one contest, at a flat one-time price of $100. That is the whole price: no auction, no bid, no cost-per-thousand rate and no daily budget on top of it. Your video enters the rotation players watch to earn free contest entries, and the desktop console reports what it did.
How long does an ad slot run?
One full contest. Contests run roughly 30 days each, with a break of about a day between them. Reservations are charged one contest ahead, so you are booking the next contest that starts, not the leftover days of the one already running.
Why would anyone watch my ad?
Because watching is how players earn entries in the cash draw they are already playing for, and the entry is only granted on a full watch. Watching is opt-in: the player taps to start it. Half of the ad-slot revenue reserved for each contest funds that contest's prize pool, so every full watch is an entry in a draw that advertising pays for.
Are ad slots always available?
Not yet, and that is worth saying plainly. One purchasable slot opens per 200 players and the count is locked when a contest starts, so supply tracks the audience rather than a scarcity dial. Chance Infinite is still below the first 200-player threshold, which means no slot has opened yet and the console refuses a reservation rather than charge you for inventory that does not exist. Ask for the first slot and we will come back to you when it opens, before it is listed publicly.
What format does the video need to be?
MP4 or MOV, up to 30 seconds. Longer files are rejected at upload. You drag it into the desktop app; there is no creative review queue and no agency in between.
Can I run more than one ad?
One slot per advertiser per contest. For continuous presence you reserve again for the following contest, each at the same flat $100. You can swap the uploaded video for your slot before it goes live.
Is there a contract?
No. One-time charge, one contest, no minimum term, no monthly platform fee, no spend commitment. Nothing renews unless you switch on auto-billing in the desktop app. It is off by default, it charges $100 a contest ahead to hold your next slot, and you control it.
What platforms is the app on?
Windows, or any browser. The B2See advertiser console is a free Windows desktop app, and it also runs in the browser at luckincorporated.com/app with the same account. A dedicated macOS app is not available yet, so Mac users run it in the browser.
Should I run a UGC campaign or buy an ad slot?
Run a UGC campaign when you want independent creators making videos for their own YouTube or TikTok audiences; buy an ad slot when you want your own finished video shown to Chance Infinite players who chose to watch it. The difference is whose audience and whose voice. A UGC campaign's budget starts at $800 and is spent only on the organic views those videos earn, while an ad slot is a flat $100 for one contest whatever it delivers. Both are bought in the same B2See console from the same balance, and nothing stops you running both.
How does a UGC campaign work?
You write one brief, set a total budget and the most any single video may earn, and publish. Creators browse open campaigns and choose yours; each video goes up on the creator's own channel. Fourteen days after posting, the view count is read from the platform, views from paid promotion are excluded, and the video's share of your budget settles, after the content itself is checked against your brief, because off-brief videos earn nothing. Whatever the campaign does not spend comes back to you in full.
When do UGC creators get paid, and when is my budget spent?
Each video settles 14 days after it is posted, unless its view growth looks bought, in which case it is frozen for human review before any money moves. At settlement the view count is read from the platform, views attributed to paid promotion are excluded, and that video's share of your budget settles to the creator's wallet, less the 20% Luck Incorporated keeps on the creator side. The 14-day wait is deliberate: it gives a video time to earn its organic reach, and gives suspicious spikes time to be caught.
Can I survey players too?
Yes: surveys are a separate product in the same app. Ten questions, four options each; completions bought in packs of 100 at $20 per pack. Logic-traps filter bots, and invalid sessions are re-served free instead of charged.
Who is behind B2See?
B2See is operated by Luck Incorporated, which also builds Chance Infinite, the app your ad runs in and whose prize pool your spend helps fund. You can follow the current contest on the Live page.
