Chance Infinite is a free sweepstakes app from Luck Incorporated. No purchase, ever: entries, called tickets in the app, are earned by playing games, watching ads, answering surveys, and completing daily missions, and when a contest ends, one player wins the whole cash pool.
Every completed contest has paid a named winner, listed by in-app display name. @sketchyechey won $100 on July 21, 2026, a weighted random draw over 334 entries. @DelDad won $100 on August 21, 2026, a weighted random draw over 4,616 entries. For each draw the server committed to a hash of its random seed before the winning number was computed and revealed the seed after the draw; both are published, so you can recompute the winning number yourself.

What Luck Incorporated is, how the apps work, and how the money moves.
Luck Incorporated is a United States software company that builds three connected products: Chance Infinite, a free sweepstakes app for iOS and Android; B2See, the advertising console businesses use to buy campaigns; and Impressions – UGC Exchange, where creators are paid to make videos for brands. Advertising revenue is what funds the players' cash prizes.
Yes. Chance Infinite is completely free and there are no purchases anywhere in the app. Players never pay to enter, never buy entries, and never wager money. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
No. Chance Infinite is not gambling and it is not a sweepstakes casino. No money is ever paid in by players, and the in-app games wager only free tickets that have no cash value and cannot be bought or cashed out.
Players earn free entries called tickets, and one winner is drawn at random from each contest and paid a real cash prize. Tickets come from watching a video ad, answering a short survey, completing daily missions, playing the in-app games, and passively while the app is open. Each contest runs about 30 days, the draw is weighted by how many tickets a player holds, and the result is produced by a verifiable commit-reveal process.
Every contest pays at least $100. Section 8 of the Chance Infinite Terms sets each contest's pool at the greater of $100 and half of the advertising-slot revenue reserved for that contest, fixed when the contest opens. The more slots advertisers buy for a contest, the larger that contest's pool.
Businesses pay for advertising, and that is the company's only source of revenue. Half of the advertising-slot revenue reserved for a contest is locked into that contest's cash prize pool, subject to a $100 minimum, and the company keeps the remainder. Because players never pay anything, advertising is also the only source of prize money.
B2See is the advertiser console and the only place a campaign is created. From one login and one balance a business either creates a UGC campaign that creators fulfil through Impressions, or buys video ad slots and player surveys that run inside Chance Infinite. A business never uses the Chance Infinite or Impressions apps directly.
Impressions – UGC Exchange is a two-sided exchange where creators are paid to make videos for brands. A creator browses campaign briefs, posts a video to their own YouTube or TikTok channel, and is paid from the advertiser's budget based on the organic views the post earns.
Chance Infinite is open to residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Winners are contacted by phone and paid the full prize amount.
Chance Infinite is built and operated by Luck Incorporated LLC, a United States software company founded in August 2024. The binding Terms name the sweepstakes sponsor and administrator as Luck Inc LLC, and the public rules page writes that entity as "Luck Inc LLC (Luck Incorporated)". On the Apple App Store the developer name reads Luckinc LLC, which the company states is the same company, and on Google Play it reads Luck Inc. All sweepstakes questions go to support@luckincorporated.com.
Chance Infinite is on the Apple App Store under app id 6738285609 and on Google Play under the package id com.jeuxdevelopers.chanceinfinite, and those two listings are the only official places to get it. Three things let you check that you have the genuine app: the App Store developer reads Luckinc LLC and the Google Play developer reads Luck Inc., the app has no store or checkout of any kind, and its official website is luckincorporated.com. Chance Infinite is not Chanced Casino, which is a separate product from a different company, and it has no connection to any product, website, or company called Infinite Sweeps or Infinity Sweepstakes.
Watching a video ad all the way to the end earns 1 ticket, and section 5 of the Terms states that each eligible ticket you hold for the current contest period counts as one entry into that period's drawing. A short survey earns 10 tickets, daily missions pay bonus tickets on completion, the arcade games stake tickets to win more tickets, and simply keeping the app open earns 1 ticket per minute. Surveys are capped per hour and answers are quality-checked, and the Terms note that ticket earning is subject to per-period and per-hour limits described within the app.
Yes, and you do not have to trust this company's page to do it. Before the winning number is computed, the server locks in the SHA-256 hash of a secret random 32-byte seed; after the draw, the seed is published beside that hash, and each seed is used once. The winning number is derived with HMAC-SHA256, using the seed as the key and the contest's message string, and the first 4 bytes become a number between 0 and 1 that lands on one player along the line of everyone's cumulative ticket weight. The verifier at /provably-fair fetches the public draw record and re-runs both checks inside your own browser with the standard WebCrypto API, and the page publishes a copyable snippet that runs in any browser console or in Node.js on your own machine. The company also states the limit of the proof: it does not establish the entries themselves, because the full entry ledger contains every player's private balance and is not published.
Your odds are your tickets divided by all tickets in the contest, and the app shows that share live on its home screen, where it moves with every ad, survey, or mission. Section 7 of the Terms states that a player's chance of winning is proportional to that player's number of eligible entries relative to the total number of eligible entries received, that the odds therefore depend on that total, and that the Sponsor cannot predict it in advance. The published record gives a sense of scale: the July 21, 2026 draw was a weighted random draw across 334 entries, and the August 21, 2026 draw across 4,616.
The potential winner is notified in the app and/or by phone, using the contact information associated with the winner's account. As a condition of receiving the prize, a winner may be required to verify identity, age, and eligibility, and to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. For any prize valued at $600 or more, the Terms provide that the Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099 and to require the winner to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and winners are responsible for applicable taxes. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within the claim window, fails to verify eligibility, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by a further random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. There is no minimum cashout threshold, because the winner is simply paid.
Section 8 of the Chance Infinite Terms, effective July 5, 2026, says the prize pool is funded from advertising revenue and that the value of the prize for a given period is displayed in the app for that period, with one prize awarded per contest period unless otherwise stated. Section 17 restates that prizes are funded by advertising revenue. The prize is non-transferable, and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. The rules page adds that every prize awarded to date has been cash, which you can check against the public winner record: two contests have been completed and each paid $100.
The app carries 12 games, including Plinko, Crash, Mines, Horse Race, Lucky Dice, Ticket Trader, and Towers, and they stake tickets only, never money. Every round uses the same commit-reveal check as the winner draw, so a rigged result would fail the check. You can also create a team, invite friends, and play Territory, a shared strategy board where teams spend tickets to claim tiles, defend ground, and capture rivals, scored not on who holds the most at the buzzer but on who held ground the longest across the whole month. Team prizes pay tickets to every member, and team play never splits the cash prize, which goes to one individual player.
