Where the prize money comes from. Chance Infinite is free and has no purchases anywhere in it. The prize is funded by advertising: businesses buy video ad slots and surveys through B2See, and half of the ad-slot revenue reserved for a contest is locked into the players' prize pool when that contest opens. Every contest has a minimum prize of $100, and the prize figure shown in the app and on this page rises on a fixed schedule as the contest runs: it is a display, while the prize itself is fixed when the contest opens.

How a contest ends. Each contest runs about 30 days. Players earn entries by watching ads, answering surveys, claiming daily rewards, completing daily missions, taking part in the team board, joining with an invite code, inviting other players, and passively while the app is open. The arcade games stake tickets you already hold and are not a way to earn them. When the clock reaches zero one winner is drawn at random, weighted by entries, using a verifiable commit-reveal scheme. The winner is contacted in the app or by phone and, once any identity, eligibility and tax checks the official rules require are complete, is paid the cash prize. Every past winner is on the public winners record.
